02 — The Moment
The table fell silent.
There were eight of us.
The wine was excellent.
The conversation was loud.
Then someone looked towards the corner window
and stopped speaking.
The others followed.
The Seine reflected the lights of the city.
And, in that precise moment,
the Eiffel Tower began to sparkle.
That was when everyone understood
why this home had been chosen.
They were no longer looking at an apartment.
They were imagining what it would feel like
to live there.

In Paris, one is often asked to choose.
The Seine.
Or the Eiffel Tower.
Here, you do not have to choose.
The corner glazing follows the river
towards the Eiffel Tower,
with no direct vis-à-vis.
From the private rooms,
a second horizon appears:
the skyline of La Défense.
Two perspectives.
Two expressions of Paris.
One residence.
The city enters the home.
The city cannot look back.

04 — Living the View
A view becomes truly rare
when it can be lived.
The living room extends across approximately
45 square metres.
Not designed merely to impress.
Designed to be inhabited.
A generous table for long dinners.
A space for conversation.
Another facing the horizon.
A room where people naturally stay longer
than they had intended.

05 — The Heart of the Home
The kitchen is not where the evening begins.
It is where everyone eventually gathers.
Black cabinetry.
A walnut island.
Integrated technology.
A direct connection with the dining area
and the living room.
Completely redesigned in 2024,
the apartment was conceived to remove
the friction from everyday life.
No works to organise.
No project to supervise.
Only a home ready to be lived.

06 — Silence and Horizons
Some mornings change
the tone of the entire day.
From the sleeping area,
La Défense draws a second skyline.
Light.
Silence.
Privacy.
The city remains present,
but at a distance.
A private horizon
before the day begins.

07 — One Home, More Than One Future
A home should not only reflect
the life you have today.
It should be able to follow
what comes next.

of two independent apartments.
Its current configuration gives priority
to generous living spaces,
two bedrooms and a study.
It may also accommodate
three or four bedrooms.
Or return to its original configuration
as two independent residences.
A principal home.
A pied-à-terre.
A family residence.
An investment.
One property.
More than one future.
The apartment is presented by the interior designer
who conceived its transformation
and understands every detail
of its architectural potential.
